Tablet devices like the iPads have been very popular in the past couple of years and their popularity will keep on growing for a while longer at least. Based on this, it isn't surprising that new uses are discovered for those devices on a regular basis. One that we have been predicting for a while is using tablets as menus in restaurants. This allows a dynamic and always updated menu (no more white sticker to cover an item that has been removed from the menu) and gives access to feedback and reviews of products (very useful for a wine list) by other customers.
