Réjean Bourgault Rejean Bourgault is currently CEO and Co-Founder of 5Deka Inc., a consulting cabinet on the future, with its main activities centered around research, consulting services and public speeches on the future. Rejean has been working in the High Technology sector for the past 21 years with experience in Engineering, Business Development, Sales and Executive Leadership role in 3 main areas: Network Infrastructure, Wireless and Enterprise Networks.  During his career, Rejean has held several positions including International assignments where he had different living experiences in Asia and Europe. Strong leadership, passion, energy, vision and a recognized ability to execute are characteristics that have marked Rejean’s successful 21-year career at Nortel Networks, where he was Vice-President of sales until December 2009. Since January 2010, Rejean is Vice-President of Sales at Avaya for the Canada East region. An active spokesperson on behalf of Avaya and the telecommunications industry, Rejean is passionate about the future of technologies and its impact on our lives. He is a strong and dynamic speaker, delivering his speeches and allocutions in front of wide audiences with passion and energy.  He is also recognized as a strong motivator and excellent story teller. Olivier Adam Olivier Adam is currently COO and Co-Founder of 5Deka Inc., a consulting cabinet on the future, with its main activities centered around research, consulting services and public speeches on the future. Olivier has strong experience in the high tech industry, with assignments in the telecommunication and Internet sectors amongst others. He was working for over four years as a major account executive at Nortel Networks, focusing on enterprise customers in the education, hospitality and pharmaceutical sector. Olivier's abilities in Business Development and Customer Relationship Management, combined with his strong Analytical skills allow him to deliver superior results year over year. Since November 2009, Olivier is a Senior Account Manager for Moneybookers in London, UK, working with customers from the online gaming sector.
